Coming up against a Central Coast team stacked with players who play PL1 or PL2 for Norwest Strikers was never going to be an easy task, and so it proved.

The statistics tell the story of the match with Central Coast dominating all across the field.

After conceding two penalty corners and a field goal, Sydney went into half time 0-3 down. With only one circle pentration, Sydney never looked like scoring as the rock solid Central Coast defense soaked up all their attacks.
